A basic page with a calendar that allows the site owner to post events for users to view. The Willow Project was formed to assist breast cancer patients to find strength through community and find alternative methods of treatment. |
Avalon Park Preserve Stewardship Application
The beauty of this particular page is it is an HTML form that when submitted sends the data in raw text format to populate a PDF Form and gets emailed to the administrator of the program. Simply put, a filled out form shows up in your inbox to be printed, faxed, what have you...

Ducks Amatuer Baseball League
This was a team effort. A colleague had started the job and need some assistance with some of the more functional aspects of the site. The content is powered by a MySQL database and a PHP administration portal for the client to make changes to much of the site's content. I also created the Flash music player on the lower left of each page at the request of the client. |
